Premier Services

Premier Security Services, Inc. was established and incorporated in 1998 in the State of New Jersey. Our managers are career specialists in the security industry and are trained to analyze security problems expeditiously and professionally.  

David A. Arnold, President and founder of Premier Security Services, Inc. has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the security industry. His previous work includes eight years as a partner in a licensed security firm and several years as a property manager for a residential complex. Mr. Arnold’s expertise in private security is further enhanced by his broad knowledge and strong relationships with national, state and local law enforcement agencies.

Joseph Cusmano, Vice President of Security and Operations at Premier Security Services, Inc. has been employed at Premier for 20 years. Mr. Cusmano oversees all phases of company operations, supervises all Account Managers, and personally coordinates all special events. Through his extensive knowledge and being accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, Mr. Cusmano has built strong client relationships in the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. 

Julio Bendezu, Vice President of Facilities and Operations at Premier Security Services, Inc., has over 30 years of experience in security, concierge, and customer service. Mr. Bendezu also has a background in residential/commercial knowledge in developing building procedures and setting up protocols for Luxury residential and Class A commercial buildings. Mr. Bendezu is also a member of the ASIS Northern Chapter and School Board of Education Trustee for 12 years.

Nicole Stevens, Director of Administration, has been with Premier for 15 years. Nicole is responsible for supervising the recruitment, fingerprinting, employee drug testing, payroll, employee benefits and reporting to the State of New Jersey. Ms. Stevens is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a PHR Certification.

 

Anthony Cardola, Operations Manager, has over 28 years of security experience and 27 of those spent in a management role. He has been with the company since 2004 and has experience in all facets of the security industry with specialization in the commercial (Office buildings/complexes), residential and construction sites as well as warehousing. 

 

Michael Lawrence, Facilities Operations Manager, has been with Premier for over 20 years. During this time, he has been responsible for running the facilities department of the company. This is including but not limited to, the management of building cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Mr. Lawrence is available 24/7 to assist with any building emergencies that may arise.

Thomas Cannarozzi, Operations Manager, has been with Premier Security for ten years. He is currently a field supervisor for our on-site inspectors who visit our corporate and residential properties on a weekly basis. Over the past decade Tom has streamlined our onsite inspection process. While overseeing guards and concierges that protect and secure our properties, he has also balanced that by assuring building residents are only offered the best in customer service.

Christopher Sinisi, Director of Training and Special Programs is a retired Corrections Officer for the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Sinisi works with clients to design specialized training programs and coordinate all CCTV, Fire Alarm and Safety, CPR Certification, and Report Writing training programs. He also volunteers his time as a firefighter and a caretaker for the elderly in Wallington, New Jersey.
